Every morning, you will be greeted by a healthy breakfast buffet of regional products.
After your hike, we suggest recharging your batteries with the help of a platter featuring a selection of South Tyrolean cheeses, bacon, Kaminwurzen-style smoked sausage and Schüttelbrot bread, or simply enjoy a cappuccino out on the terrace.

In the evening, our kitchen team will pamper you with a selection of 5-course dinner menus accompanied by a colorful salad buffet. Along with a drop or two of excellent South Tyrolean wine from our own cellar. And for the perfect finishing, for digestive purposes, of course ... a shot of local schnapps ...
