Holiday Apartment Lea has 2 separate bedrooms as well as a sofa-bed in the living room. Also in the living room is a comfy dinette, a couch, satellite TV and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features a shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, as well as bath- and hand towels.

Holiday Apartment David | ca. 33 m² | 2 - 4 people

Holiday Apartment David consists of a combination living-/bedroom with double bed, closet and double sofa-bed. In the living area, you will find a cozy dinette, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features a shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, as well as bath- and hand towels.

General Terms & Conditions for the Holiday Apartments:

Children’s Discounts:
• Children under 1,99 stay free
• Children ages 2 to 5 pay euro 15.00 per day
• Children ages 6 to 12 pay euro 20.00 per day
(Prices over Christmas and in August by arrangement.

• An additional charge of 25.00 euros per day will be applied for each additional person.

Final Cleaning:
Lea Vacation Rental – 55.00 euros
David Vacation Rental – 35.00 euros

Booking:
Agreements made verbally and/or over the phone are non-binding. In other words, always confirm booking arrangements in writing.

Local tourism taxes:
The prices we have listed do not include a local tourism tax of euro 3.60 per person (ages 14 and up) and day.

Cancellations & Changes:
• From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: We charge 40% of the total cost of the stay.
• From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival: We charge 60% of the total cost of the stay.
• Fewer than 8 days prior to arrival: We charge 90 % of the total cost of the stay.
• Without prior notice, in the event of a no-show, delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge 100% of the total cost of the stay.
